Online Support, Questions, and Comments
When submitting a tech support request, in addition to as complete information as possible about the problem you are experiencing, there are some more details we need you to include in order to help us get to the bottom of your situation. If the problem is occurring on a specific computer, make sure to tell us what operating system it is using. If the problem relates to your network, give us as many details as possible about how the network is configured. Helpful things to know include information about routers, wireless access, firewalls, and what mix of operating systems it has, etc.
In every case, please include what versions of our software you are running, which is visible in the "About" window or on the application file itself.
